"Mommy, has Daddy gone to look at the fruit trees yet?" This is usually one of the first things out of Teigue's mouth every morning. If Brady has already gone outside to look, Teigue runs outside to see if there is any new growth, new flowers, new fruit. He then checks the trees while playing, when I am putting Jayno down for a nap, before dinner...basically Teigue is in love with his trees.
Today during his afternoon nap time check, he discovered that the pomegranate and mango have new blossoms. He ran inside to let us know as excited as a little 4 year old gardener could possibly be. Brady had already discovered the buds during his 400th fruit tree check of the day but still played along in the excitement. Oh did I tell you we got another tree? Teigue forced us to drive to the nursery to get a pear. He's obsessed that little Teiguee.
